THE BAT Stolen Base Matchup Tool

Stolen Base player props are a high-variance market but they can also be very profitable.  Identifying the best matchups is a great way to find edge.  This tool considers how easy or difficult it is to steal against each of the starting pitcher, the projected starting catcher (the "OC" column tells you whether the catcher has been officially announced yet), and the arms in the bullpen today.  The "MATCHUP" field is the combination of all three of these factors.  They are presented on a scale where 1 is league average, above one is easier to steal against, and below one is tougher to steal against.  The "PERCENTILE" field is how they stack up against all possible SP/catcher/bullpen combinations in MLB and the "GRADE" field assigns an easy-to-understand letter grade for the matchup.
