The money has been on the Under as it opened 1.5 @ +138 before it was bet down to 1.5 @ +125.

Key Factors

Favors Over

The Baltimore Ravens will be forced to use backup quarterback Tyler Huntley in this game, which typically means fewer pass attempts and more rushing.
This game's line implies an extreme throwing game script for the Ravens, who are enormous -9.5-point underdogs.
The passing attacks of both teams (as it relates to both volume and effectiveness) stand to benefit from the still "weather" conditions (read: no wind) inside this dome, while rush volume may slide.
Opposing QBs have averaged 49.0 pass attempts per game versus the Falcons defense this year: most in the league.
Rashod Bateman's 37.2 WOPR (Weighted Opportunity Rating—an advanced metric that quantifies high-value offensive involvement) has been substantially higher this season than it was last season at 28.2.

Favors Under

Accounting for their underlying play style and matchup dynamics, our trusted projections expect the Ravens to pass on 53.8% of their chances: the 6th-lowest rate among all teams this week.
The projections expect this game to have the 3rd-smallest number of plays run out of all the games this week at 124.7 plays, accounting for the tendencies of each team and game dynamics.
The Ravens have run the 10th-fewest plays in football this year, averaging a lowly 54.0 plays per game.
The Baltimore Ravens offensive line profiles as the 5th-worst in football this year in protecting the quarterback, which has a harmful influence on all air attack stats across the board.
