Key Factors

Favors Over

A passing game script is implied by the Commanders being a -4-point underdog this week.
With regard to a defense's impact on pace, at 28.44 seconds per play, the projections expect the Commanders to be the 10th-most sluggish in the league (adjusted for context) at the moment.
The air attacks of both teams (including both volume and efficiency) stand to benefit from the still "weather" conditions (as in no wind) inside this dome, while ground volume may suffer.
Opposing offenses have averaged 33.3 pass attempts per game versus the Cowboys defense since the start of last season: 9th-most in the league.
The Cowboys pass defense has surrendered the 2nd-highest Adjusted Completion% in the league (70.5%) vs. wideouts since the start of last season (70.5%).

Favors Under

With a lackluster 50.8% Adjusted Catch% (16th percentile) since the start of last season, Dyami Brown rates among the least sure-handed receivers in football when it comes to wideouts.
With a feeble 0.00 yards-after-the-catch (YAC) (2nd percentile) last year, Dyami Brown places among the leading wide receivers in the league in the league in space.
Last year, the anemic Dallas Cowboys defense has been torched for the most yards-after-the-catch in the NFL to opposing wide receivers: a staggering 0.00 YAC.
