Key Factors

Favors Over

This year when they are the visiting squad, opposing starting PFs have shot 49.9% on field goal attempts (10th-best in the league) vs. the Magic, marking this as a strong matchup.
The Orlando Magic have played at the 3rd-speediest tempo in the NBA over the last 10 games, which should boost opportunities for the Charlotte Hornets.
The Hornets rank as the 2nd-best offensive rebounding offense in the NBA over the last 10 games (offensive rebounds maintain possession and may therefore lead to additional chances for scoring and assists).
This year when they are on the road, the opposition's starting PFs have attempted 4.4 foul shots per game (5th-most in the league) against the Magic, finding it easy to draw fouls.

Favors Under

The Hornets have played at the most sluggish pace-of-play in the league over the last 10 games as the visting team.
With respect to getting to the charity stripe, the Charlotte Hornets's poor 17.7 foul shots per game without the home court advantage comes in as the worst in the NBA over the last 20 games.
