Key Factors

Favors Over

This year when they are the visiting team, opposing starting PFs have shot 46.4% on threes (best in the NBA) vs. the Heat, resulting in a strong matchup.
The Celtics will likely get a boost in plays in this game from competing against the quickest tempo offense in the league this year (the Miami Heat).
Offensive rebounds maintain possession and lead to extra chances for scoring and assists, and the Boston Celtics grade out 6th-best in the NBA while playing away from home with 12.6 offensive rebounds per game this year.

Favors Under

As it relates to scoring, the Boston Celtics's feeble 110.7 points per game settles in as the 3rd-worst in the league over the last 15 games.
The most sluggish tempo offense in the league this year has been the Boston Celtics.
The matchup against the Miami Heat may be a difficult one for getting to the free-throw line; the opposition's starting PFs have attempted a lowly 1.8 free throws per game over the last 10 games (2nd-least in the league).
